Job overview

• We're looking for a hands-on intern to help implement complete project management framework (framework already defined) — and to automate as much of it as possible using AI. This is a build role, not a maintenance one. You'll leave having designed real processes that a growing organization runs on.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Help design and document our end-to-end project management process (intake, planning, execution, tracking, closure) using a lightweight, practical methodology (with Gates / Milestones).

• Build the reporting layer: status dashboards, portfolio views, risk/issue tracking, and executive-ready summaries (incl. those for strategic projects).

• Identify repetitive PMO tasks (status collection, report generation, meeting notes, follow-ups) and automate them using AI tools (Claude Skills + Batch Plan).

• Pilot AI-assisted workflows for things like drafting updates, summarizing project data, and flagging risks — then measure the time saved.

• Work directly with project leads and stakeholders to make sure the process is adopted.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying toward a degree (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, etc.).

• Hands-on experience running or coordinating at least one real project (academic, internship, side project, or club/volunteer work all count). We care about what you've actually done, not credentials.

• Comfortable and curious with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) — you like automating things.

• Organized, clear communicator, able to turn messy inputs into structured outputs.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar.

• Basic comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, or no-code/low-code automation.
