Job overview
As a NetSuite Administrator at Medius, you will be the key technical owner of our NetSuite platform, working in close collaboration with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This position is central to ensuring NetSuite remains a robust and secure platform that supports Medius’s global operations and strategic goals.
Responsibilities and Duties -
What you will do:
Platform Configuration & Maintenance
Manage all aspects of NetSuite configuration, including user roles, permissions, custom fields, templates, forms, and workflows.
Oversee system updates and enhancements to ensure minimal disruption and maximum benefit to end-users.
Manage and maintain NetSuite environments (Production, Sandbox) to safely test configurations, integrations, and upgrades before promoting to Production
Review and govern customization scripts and SuiteFlow workflows to ensure platform stability and security standards are met
User Support
Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite support queries and technical assistance (from IT standpoint), through Jira Ticketing
Maintain proper documentation of the NetSuite – Medius processes. Develop and maintain end-user training materials and system guides.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain data integrity by overseeing data imports, data cleansing, and deduplication activities.
Support the business during bulk operations, migrations, or new entities additions
Create and optimize saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
Integrations & Automation
Partner with IT to design, implement, and support system integrations between NetSuite and other business applications (e.g., CRM (Salesforce), HR (Hibob), Payroll (Deel, and Expense Management (Expensya), Middleware (Celigo))
Compliance & Governance
Collaborate with Finance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and audit readiness.
Implement and maintain system policies and governance frameworks in line with Medius’s global standards (example: Segregation of Duties principle, 4-eyes-principle etc..).
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Work closely with Business Key Users to identify process bottlenecks and recommend NetSuite-centric solutions.
Stay current with NetSuite new releases and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements or new features.
Support building monitoring Dashboards by providing the Data team with needed inputs to ensure operational monitoring of the critical workflows (Billing Process for example) and SLAs
Qualifications - What we are looking for:
Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
Strong knowledge of NetSuite’s configuration.
Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and basic accounting principles.
Qualifications
NetSuite Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in translating business requirements into NetSuite configurations.
Personal Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to collaborate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
A hands-on problem solver with strong analytical thinking who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus in our global context).
