Description: 

The goal of this initiative is to tactically boost the efficiency of the Expensya web application by enabling clients to autonomously integrate Expensya into their information systems through the automation of inbound and outbound data flows. This project involves developing a seamless, high-speed digital experience for users, empowering them to manage integrations with minimal assistance. We aim to facilitate user imports, projects, custom field values, cards, bank statement imports, vehicle data (inbound flows), as well as accounting exports, payroll, meal ticket exports, and BI cube exports (outbound flows).

The selected candidate will work within the Productivity & Integration squad on:

• Understanding Expensya's current automation mechanisms and proposed enhancements for user autonomy.
• Conducting a comprehensive analysis of existing integration processes to identify improvement areas.
• Developing and implementing a Web user-friendly interface for configuring periodicity, SFTP data exchange, encryption/decryption settings, pre and post-processing actions, and mapping between client and Expensya formats.
• Designing a robust support and monitoring system to ensure customer autonomy, including problem detection and resolution assistance, and displaying the history of automation activities..
• Conducting thorough testing post-implementation to gather feedback and analyze the enhanced integration automation features.
