We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing and thriving business, MediusGo. As the Field Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs, managing virtual and in-person events, and supporting content for customers and partners. Leveraging the most relevant digital and offline channels and the latest marketing tech tools, you will help spread the word of our leading AP Automation solutions and build the Medius brand within various target audiences. Working closely with the sales and business development teams in Sweden and supported by the global marketing team, you’re a true team player with a passion for driving growth!
The role will report to the General Manager, MediusGo
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, execute, and manage demand generation programs across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, pipeline and closed revenue - including events, webinars, content syndication, and paid social channels.
- Develop, execute and manage aftermarket cross sell demand generation campaigns and programs in partnership with the Account Management team.
- Track analytical campaign performance and reporting to measure and report on the results and ROI of all campaigns, effectively communicating to stakeholders in the business.
- Develop a strong understanding of our target personas to create topical content and campaigns that speak to customers’ challenges, needs, and concerns.
- Help with annual budget planning and report on actual vs. plan quarterly/annually for your region.
- Analyze and report on regional marketing lead, pipeline and revenue building activities and campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work with global marketing operations and digital team to develop and execute website localisation efforts, including creation of MediusGo specific pages.
- Work with local agencies, and 3rd party publishers to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Plan, manage and execute local prospect and customer events in collaboration with key stakeholder in MediusGo organization.
- Support brand awareness programs through social media and online communities.
- Support customer review gathering initiatives and customer advocacy activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience with SaaS B2B software marketing.
- Passion for designing and executing multi-channel digital demand generation programs, performance testing and optimization.
- Positive can-do attitude with ability to overcome rejection/obstacles and find a way to achieve success.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with marketing technology solutions is a plus (Salesforce, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Premiere, Monday.com, Gotowebinar, DOMO)
