Taking ownership of allocated accounts and act as a trusted advisor at all levels
To Cross sell and Upsell our existing customers in Benelux using value based sales approach by supporting; driving usage of Medius tools and develop building relationships right across the business up to CxO level.
To drive adoption, success and evangelise the value of Medius solutions in our customer base, facilitating continued customer success and safeguard customer retention
Responsibilities and Duties
- Value based selling - diagnose the customer and advise to find the right solution
- Responsible for upsell and cross sell quota
- Build, maintain and improve customer relationships
- Free to apply your own way of working to reach your goals
- Maintain and interact with several contacts on customer side; Finance/Procurement/IT and C-level management
- Work tightly together Customers Success, Pre-sales, Cross-sell and Professional services to close deals
- Act as an escalation point and take appropriate actions
- Attend internal trainings to improve product knowledge and adopt to internal guidelines
- Knowledge and/or experience of finance and procurement processes
- Proven and documented sales results, preferably from a similar role
- Experience in SaaS industry, preferably from Accounts Payable Automation or Procurement space and interested in technology
- Communication in DUTCH to Native is a MUST have and with fluency in English is a requirement
- Fast learner with ability to understand and analyse situations and make decisions on how to move forward
- Humble and open to ask for support
- Comfortable in a changing/variable environment - easy to adopt to guidelines
- Performance minded and competitive
