This position will be an integral part to help grow the net new revenue for Medius. In this role, you will help our prospects improve their operations and achieve their technology goals around AP automation.
Our BDRs research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities.
As a BDR, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Medius could help a business grow, and successfully position the Medius value proposition.
This position offers an excellent base salary and attainable commission.

In This Role, You will
Work closely and collaboratively with account executives (also known as sales reps) to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
Schedule discovery meetings & demos for an account executive to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Medius
Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
Help companies realize the benefits of AP Automation

Utilize an outstanding tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc) to optimize your productivity and output
An Ideal Candidate will
Be an Australian Citizen based in Sydney is a MUST.
Have a Degree in Finance or Business Management
Willing to work in a Hybrid role as a requirement. We’re aiming for the new hire to be office based, more so during the first few months through training and onbaording phase and then it can be agreed upon a hybrid basis x 2 per week.
Be Coachable with a will and a determination to learn, Proactive attitude and Success Hungry person, results driven and goal focused, and above all wanting to develop a career in sales and outgrow their role.

Be a fresh Graduate, or someone with a slight experience of Sales or any other setting that requires similar attributes mentioned above AND/OR have a strong desire to be in a progressive sales career.
Be able to demonstrate an ability to meet or exceed targets either in professional, academic, sports and/or personal life.
It is a requirement that you have evidence based visible and quantifiable attributes
