Some of the tasks you will be performing
- Contribute to the codebase as a Full Stack engineer and Senior BI Developer
- Enhance and evolve the BI module by optimizing and developing its architecture · Collaborate with other teams to integrate data sources, build data pipelines, and create interactive dashboards
- Conduct regular system audits to identify improvement areas, utilizing new features and releases from Power BI teams
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and challenge end-user requirements, ultimately translating these into effective technical solutions
Requirements for the position
- Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software development, data science or similar technical fields
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a BI Developer
- 1+ years of software development experience using C#, C++, or any other object-oriented language
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and good knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric platform
- Excellent coding, debugging, algorithm design, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Git
- High quality standards for dashboards and user interfaces (UI)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Databricks is a plus
