About the role
As a Product Manager within the Suite Value Stream, you will play a pivotal role in executing on the defined product strategy to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will span multiple products, processes, and tools, providing you with the opportunity to drive initiatives that improve suite-wide capabilities.
You will focus on delivering cross-functional projects that impact multiple products and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Over time, you will also support larger projects that enhance cross-suite efficiency and scalability. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the breadth of the Suite value stream while contributing to our long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities
Product Execution & Roadmap Implementation:
- Manage the execution of the defined roadmap for suite-wide tools and processes, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Prioritize and drive short and long-term product initiatives (3-18 months) within the Suite Value Stream.
- Champion a customer-centric approach by gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure end-to-end product success, from ideation to delivery and post-launch growth.
- Ensure alignment with broader company objectives, facilitating transparency and shared ownership across departments.
Customer-Focused Innovation:
- Identify areas for improvement within suite-wide features and execute enhancements that improve the customer experience.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to inform and refine product decisions.
Business Support:
- Support sales efforts by presenting product updates and delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects.
- Act as a key advocate for Medius's suite solutions, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integration tools, and cross-product workflows.
- Previous exposure to suite-wide or cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to execute on complex, multi-product ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and devise effective solutions.
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into clear, logically structured requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with both customers and developers.
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving activities without constant oversight.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
