Description: 

The Internal Real-time Performance and quilty Monitoring Dashboards for Medius OCR for expenses. The project focuses on utilizing tools like Grafana to monitor, track, and enhance the performance of our service and deliver the best value to our customers. This dashboard is designed to provide internal stakeholders with timely insights into the operational metrics and performance indicators essential for maintaining and improving the capture rate efficiency and accuracy. This tool will enable us to go forward with adding more features and cappliates such as learning and 2nd time capture to our service.

The dashboard will harness data from various internal sources, including logs, processing metrics, and user performance feedback, to deliver a comprehensive overview of the service detection performance. Key features will include real-time monitoring of important metrics such as document processing speed, extraction accuracy rates, error occurrences, and system resource utilization.

To proactively manage performance, the dashboard will incorporate configurable alert mechanisms that notify the team of anomalies or performance degradations. This feature ensures that team members can respond quickly to any issues that arise, maintaining a high standard of operational effectiveness and minimizing downtime.

The interface will be tailored specifically for internal users, emphasizing usability and clarity, thus enabling easy navigation and interpretation of complex data sets. Customizable visualizations—such as time-series graphs, heat maps, and status indicators—will allow team members to drill down into specific metrics and trends, making informed decisions based on real-time information.
