What will the VP Account Management (Sales) Europe do:

Medius’ Vice President of Acc Management EMEA will lead a team of Account Managers across Europe, growing accounts via geographic expansion and importantly, selling the value of Medius’ broad suite of Finance Office and AI enabled products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Acc Mgmt/Client Sales professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, customer-centricity and sales results

• Devise and coordinate EMEA strategy and cross sell initiatives

• Leverage PLG and collaborate with Customer Success to establish opportunity pipeline

• Work with Cross functional department leaders including CS, Product and other stakeholders to improve customer experience, product evolution and business execution

• Be the executive sponsor with key accounts

• Deliver against quarterly and annual sales quotas

Performance Metrics:

• Sales Expansion and quota achievement

• Team efficiency metrics

• Team engagement metrics

Experience

• Specifically selling AP/P2P SaaS space is a MUST Have
• 5yrs+ leading Account Management / Client Sales teams, ideally as second line manager
• Demonstrable success expanding accounts via cross sell, upsell and other account growth initiatives
