Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing the ecruitment lifecycle, and driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, particularly in the SaaS and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and a global mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform hiring strategies and improve processes.
- Foster relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Design and implement innovative employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the Polish market.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Expertise in Polish labor law
- Global experience in hiring is a significant plus.
- Proven experience in hiring for SaaS or IT companies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with Polish recruitment channels, such as local job boards, recruitment agencies, and networks, is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Located in Krakow, with the ability to regularly attend the office and engage with local candidates in person.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.
