Some of the tasks you will be performing
As a PS Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the success of Medius Professional Services. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and reporting, setting up systems and projects, and supporting consultants and managers with operational tasks. You will join a team of talented and diverse professionals who will help you learn the services business and grow your skills and competencies.
- Reporting and Control: Ensures data accuracy and provides PS-related reporting to support PS management, consultants, and other Medius stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Updates and creates reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI. Produces monthly KPIs and preparing action plans with PMO Director and Regional VPs.
- Process Control: Ensures adherence to processes related to assignments and reporting, including continuous project status updates by Project Managers.
- Application Management: Manages PS needs for applications that PS uses (Salesforce, Cloud Coach, NetSuite, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, HiBob, Jenkins etc.), including, liaising with system owners and stakeholders, ensuring systems work and are regularly enhanced to meet PS requirements, ensuring users have knowledge and support.
- Project Initiation: Sets up systems and ensures assignments are initiated following agreed processes.
- Timesheet Monitoring: Ensures hours are registered timely and available for billing and reporting.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensures new PS employees are properly setup in required systems.
- Efficiency Improvement: Drives initiatives to increase efficiency by improving and automating PS’ processes, including AI.
- Additional Business Operations: Assists users and managers with monthly invoicing, customer reports, HR-related procedures, sales-related content etc.
- Additional Duties: Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Requirements for the position
- Thorough: Pays attention to detail and ensures all tasks are completed accurately and completely.

- Coordination: Can effectively coordinate between different stakeholders.
- Communication: Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Has excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Has proficiency in PSA or PPM enterprise solutions
- Has proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office.
- Reporting: Has experience in creating and managing reports.
- Data Analysis: Can interpret and analyze data to provide meaningful insights.
- Financial Reporting: Has knowledge of financial reporting processes.
- Testing: Has experience in testing new features or systems.
- Has knowledge of integration processes.
What experience are we looking for?
- Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager or in a PMO position in consulting or PS organizations for a SaaS business.
