Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about delivering high-quality, end-to-end business applications into production. You will contribute to a collaborative engineering environment where your ideas are embraced and nurtured, helping shape robust, scalable solutions in an ever-evolving business context.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contribute to Medius’s codebase as a Senior Full Stack Developer.
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-quality features and solutions.
- Identify, discuss, document, and communicate technical improvements within your area of responsibility.
- Provide technical leadership across projects, features, service fundamentals, and tools.
- Mentor new and junior engineers to accelerate their growth and integration into the development environment.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of software development experience using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
- Strong backend development experience, including RESTful APIs, API design, SQL, and databases.
- Deep knowledge of frontend technologies such as TypeScript, Angular, React, or Flutter.
- Experience in agile development environments using continuous deployment and delivery (Git, CI/CD).
- Ability to architect and design modular, scalable systems (microservices, event-driven architectures, resilience patterns).
- High standards for UI quality and experience implementing outcomes from UX research and product design.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
