Job Description
As a Program Manager for the Enterprise team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the successful implementation of Medius solutions for our new logo enterprise clients. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
- Own and manage a diverse portfolio of our companies largest clients
- Working closely with other Program managers in other regions to build on and continuously improve the governance model surrounding these types of implementations
- Ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and company goals.
- Building and retaining strategic relationships with key client sponsors and project teams.
SALES LIASON
- Act as the sales-facing representative of the enterprise team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored project plans, and support client acquisition.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals who are responsible for delivering projects for enterprise clients.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project and delivery management, preferably within SaaS industry, ideally in APA, P2P or ERP- D365 or Similar. Or within Fintech relevant to Manufacturing and Large Retail/Wholesale organisations at ENTERPRISE LEVEL
- Strong portfolio management skills with experience handling multiple high-stakes projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with sales teams, and high profile clients and key stakeholders.
- This is a very visible position, outwardly facing to prospects and clients. You will be the face of Enterprise Professional Services in North Amercia.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
