Job overview
Our Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process for our with employees located in multiple countries. This role involves ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations, managing payroll systems and external payroll service providers, coordinating with HR and finance departments, and optimizing payroll operations.
What you will do:
- Manage payroll for all Medius entities (currently 10 operational).
- Collaborate closely with outsourced payroll providers.
- Partner with local HR teams to ensure accurate payroll data and compliance.
- Review and submit payroll data to payroll agencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing through oversight and approval.
- Maintain strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations in collaboration with providers.
Requirements for this position:
- 7–10 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Background in a similar role (global experience preferred but not required).
- Experience with Deel is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
