We are now seeking an Application Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services organization.

Your Role:

As an Application Consultant, you will be part of Medius' Professional Services team, responsible for leading projects and implementing our spend management suite for our customers. From the start, you will take on significant responsibilities, driving exciting and challenging projects both in France and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the full onboarding lifecycle, including solution design, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care.

• Configuration and Training: Configure Expensya & Medius products based on customer needs and best practices and conduct workshops and training sessions.

• Support: Assist customers during test phases, go-live, and hyper-care, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal use of the system.

• Documentation: Document solution specifications and change requests, and report to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT system implementations, ideally cloud-based/SaaS as a functional consultant.

• Proven experience in leading business analysis workshops, delivering functional configurations and managing user acceptance testing.

• Experience with integrations of ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sage, Cegid.

• Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a can-do attitude.

• Business-minded and result-driven.

• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with high quality and control.

• Availability for occasional travel to client sites.

• Fluent French and English both spoken and written, German fluency appreciated.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience implementing Finance related software solutions

• Familiarity with API integration and connector-based integrations very appreciated.
