What we're looking for

As a Product Designer at Medius, you will play an integral role in the product development process, from ideation and research to design and post-launch. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and impactful product experiences that meet user needs and drive business goals.You have a strong ability to identify design challenges and opportunities, and you can present them in a way that encourages collaboration and innovative problem-solving. You enjoy working with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life. You’re detail-oriented but can also see the bigger picture, ensuring that your designs align with both user needs and business objectives. You are eager to learn and grow, and you use data and user feedback to guide your design decisions.In addition, you value a design thinking approach and have a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset. You’re always looking for ways to improve your skills and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.As a member of the Product Design team, you’ll work closely with a Product Manager in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, learn, and adapt throughout the design process. Your work may also intersect with other teams, so being open to cross-team collaboration is key.

Some of the tasks you will be performing

• Design user-centric, data-driven flows and experiences that support growth and user engagement.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and other designers to deliver products and features from concept to launch.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly, both verbally and visually, to various stakeholders (team members, your squad, company-wide).
• Take ownership of your design work, validate it through user feedback, and iterate as needed.
• Actively seek and provide constructive design feedback.
• Contribute to refining our design processes and establishing best practices at Medius.

Requirements for the position

• 2+ years of Product Design experience.
• Solid design skill set, including product thinking, UX, and UI.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions.
• Understanding of the entire product development cycle: research, problem definition, ideation, solution design, validation, and iteration.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions effectively.
• A growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.

• Languages:
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Experience working on FinTech or technical SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Interest or experience in AI and its application in SaaS products.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating in a dynamic, international environment.
