For our Technical Engineering Support, we are looking for an Engineer, who will daily
- Help our 1st line Support and Consultants solve complex technical problems
- Cooperate with our Developers, 1st line Support, Consultants, and ERP departments
- Continuously work with process improvements, learning, feedback
- Strengthen our team in ERP integration-related topics
We believe you could be the one we´re looking for if you:
- Have customer focus and analytical mindset
- Have experience in ERP support/integration
- Like solving problems and finding the root cause
- Pay attention to details
- Strive for quality and improve your daily work
What kind of experience do you have?
- You will be working daily with SQL/XML/XSLT/JSON
- You will be supporting our cloud-based set of products, so experience with and understanding of distributed systems is a strong plus
- You should be able to understand basic fundamental concepts of programming
- You will be working with tools like Jira/Confluence/Git/Visual Studio/Grafana/Papertrail daily, so you should be able to use these tools (or similar) efficiently
- Feel welcome if you bring knowledge of any of the following ERP systems: AX/D365FO, NAV/D365BC, SAP, NetSuite
- Professional English in written and verbal since our company is multinational and our customers are distributed worldwide
