Day to Day
- Support and maintain Enterprise-wide/business applications associated and integrated with business systems such as D365 F&O, Azure, Zuora, Jira, PowerBi and more.
- Perform basic configuration, setup, and updating of application
- Build and produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business teams.
- Facilitate and lead change, strategy and process management projects related to our Business Systems. This based on key-stakeholder input and strategic business decisions.
- Follow upgrades and changes in the SaaS solutions making sure that we get the most out of those services.
- Work with IT policies and compliance to make sure that our IT landscape supports our overall business strategy with regards to processes and tools.
- Be an important part of our Information Security work giving valuable input to how we comply with different internal and external requirements – SOC-2, GDPR etc.
- Design, develop and maintain system solutions involving complex workflows rules, validation rules and custom workflows, etc.
- Work with business users to refine requirements for enhancements and translate the business needs into technical design for the implementation and extension of the application system.
- Oversees data management related to the application, dashboards and reporting, and integrations using the API or other tools.
- Works with the business teams to drive best practices, create training, workflow enhancements, reporting, and overall system enhancement to promote usability and adoption.
- Managing daily support requests while meeting SLA requirements.
- Managing 3rd party applications that integrate with platform.
Required Skills
- Experience and understanding of different tools used:
- Microsoft 365 and Azure – required skill for the job
- ERP (preferably D365 F&O) - required skill for the job
- CRM (preferably Salesforce) - important to have some experience
- Issue Management (preferably Atlassian Jira) - some exposure is beneficial
- Customer Support Management experience such as Freshdesk and Jira or similar applications
- Service Desk Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering good results
- Knowledgeable and an interested spirit in everyday IT tools (user management, system administration, information processing and enhancement of utilization etc.)
- Experience of using, understanding and advocate for SaaS (Cloud) solutions
- Knows the importance of Information Security in all aspects of both tools and processes
- Understands agile processes and practices
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A strong personal drive and keen on matching tools and solutions with all areas of Medius’ business.
- Relevant degree in Information Technology or Business Administration with working experience in IT ideally obtained within a B2B Cloud Software business
