We are now expanding our Customer Support team in Östersund.
Your opportunity
Our Customer Support team is responsible to support MediusGo customers with user support and trouble shooting in our products. Your work tasks will involve:
- Technical support regarding integration to different Financial systems and modules
- Application support for the products and services the company provide
- Contribution in improvement of working processes within the team
We are looking for you who:
- Have a technical interest, are curious and want to learn more
- Have basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL (you know what "SELECT * FROM" means and you can read and understand a "Stored Procedure")
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
- Are outgoing, driven and love interacting with customers
